Wire briefs come only from feeds configured for the build. A failed feed is skipped. The previous briefs from that feed stay until a later build replaces them. We do not fill a gap with invented items.

The source list is the file the edition was built with. Names below are the configured publishers. Availability changes, and a name here is not a promise that every build reached that server.
